A 7-day retreat designed to guide you deeper into the magic of Reiki and provide powerful tools you can bring into your everyday life.
Life is unpredictable and we cannot control everything that happens, but we can learn how to navigate it with balance, awareness, and intention. Through this retreat, you will be invited to reconnect with yourself and step into your own power as the creator of your life.
This experience is open to both:
those who wish to become Reiki practitioners, and
those simply seeking a reset, self-knowledge, and inner balance.
Throughout the week, you will gain knowledge, practical experience, and personal insights that can support both your own journey and the wellbeing of others. Reiki helps you understand emotional patterns and energetic blockages, allowing you to release anxiety, stress, and overwhelming feelings.
Our next retreat will take place in Ubud, Bali, from 23–29 August 2026. During these seven days, you will have the opportunity to learn Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, while also reconnecting with yourself through other healing practices such as yoga, meditation, and a cacao ceremony.
If you have already completed Reiki Level 1 or Levels 1 & 2, you are also welcome to join the retreat as a way to refresh your practice and deepen your experience.

Reiki MasterI'm Ingrid Keppler, and my journey in caring for people began with a background in physiotherapy. Over the years, I've come to recognize the importance of the interconnected aspects of body, mind, emotions, and spirit for healing and balance in life — just like the interconnectedness found in nature.
As a remedial massage therapist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher, I bring a holistic approach to well-being. My passion extends beyond the physical, and I've delved into various healing modalities. I firmly believe in the power of daily practices for cultivating self love, empowerment, and to gain clarity in the challenges of life. Reiki is a tool for harmonising our body, emotions, and mind to achieve overall well-being.

My spiritual awakening happened in 2014, after several tragic events in my life. I had the decision to choose whether to stay at the bottom or use the bottom to support me on my way to the top, and that's what I did. I used the tragedy to improve myself and I started my journey in Yoga and meditation practice. In 2014 and 2015 I decided to spend time in India to learn yoga at the birthplace of Yoga with a guru who has helped me to reconnect to my inner light. Today Yoga is my lifestyle and there is no turning back.
After experiencing how magical the path of Yoga is, I want to be a link in providing this magic to those who are open and who are seeking the path of awakening to divine consciousness, so the idea of Ellyvate Retreats was born!
Since 2020, I have been organising conscious yoga, meditation, women-empowering and spiritual healing retreats, helping more than 300 people to experience the magic that unfolds when like-minded souls come together with a shared intention for growth, connection, and higher purpose.
Retreat Offerings
Through Reiki, massage, cacao ceremonies and retreats, we offer a gentle space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within you.
Venue
The location we have chosen is an iconic retreat centre tucked away in the quiet village of Penestanan, adjacent to the bustling center of Ubud. With beautifully decorated bedrooms to rest, a beautiful yoga shala, swimming pool overlooking jungle and rice - fields, plus infra-red sauna, ice bath, fire pit and communal lounge space this peaceful place is for us to feel home away from home.
Rooms
Seven days in a twin-share with ensuite accommodation, where every suite aligns with a color in the chakra system and utilizes crystal energy to support guests on their path to wholeness. The rooms are surrounded by lush green jungle, and intentionally merges the beauty of nature with our open air living spaces all around. It has been carefully curated for comfort, serenity, and your well being.
Facilities
From the communal lounge area to the fire pit space — picture yourself resting, resetting, and setting new intentions. A fire ceremony to release what no longer serves you, and a circle to relax, talk and laugh.
This place also offers optional (not included) on site activities such as Balinese cooking class (1.5h price per person) and Canang Sari/ Offerings class (1h price per person).
Activities
A beautiful opening ceremony with a Balinese Priest, bringing protection and blessings to begin our journey.
Cacao Ceremony to open up our Hearts and connect with our highest vibration.
Reiki 1 and 2 Training and Sacred Living practices ( Breath and Movement ) lead by Ingrid Keppler.
Yoga and meditation practice at the shala to rise with the sun and wake up your body and spirit amongst nature.
